2 uses
GB - 100 type tension line displacement sensor is mainly used to monitor the horizontal or vertical displacement inside the earth rock dam. It can be used with the NYW - 100 type existing anchor plate fixed plate, a telescopic head noseplate, invar wire, protective tube, wire type displacement gauge device supporting the use of artificial reading, digital detection, complete wire displacement data transmission and multi-point monitoring automatic data acquisition.
3 structure and working principle
The core component of the displacement sensor of GB-100 type tension line is non-contact type all volume photoelectric switch, rotary encoder and combined measuring wheel. The sensor is installed in the observation room. It can be used for direct coupling reversing wheel with the original instrument connection, displacement detection wire, can also lead a line with a combination of measuring wheel direct detection of horizontal (or vertical) displacement. Wire elongation or shortening, sensor will signal 10-14bit output gray code encoding. The signal is only related to the displacement of the tension line, and it is not affected by the temperature change, and the performance of the system is stable for a long time.
GB-100 type wire displacement sensor resolution is up to 0.05mm, the accuracy of measurement is 0.5mm ~ 1mm, the sensor performance is better than other types of. The digital signal output by the sensor can be directly converted into RS485/232 serial data output. A pair of twisted pair wires can be connected with 16-64 sensors at the same time to realize multi-point monitoring and data automatic collection.
